Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are handmade to order and are processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship via Pargo. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free on orders over R1,350, otherwise a flat rate of R100 applies. Unless otherwise confirmed regarding your specific circumstances, your order will require collection from the nearest collection point to your location.

International Shipping (United States & other countries) We ship internationally via TUNL Economy. Delivery typically takes 10–14 business days after dispatch. A flat shipping rate of R320 / $20 applies. Free shipping on orders over R5,000 / $300. Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
